About the Practice

I'm Jacqueline Echols OTR/L, CLT and I created Evolve & Flow Wellness from years of clinical practice and a deep understanding that healing happens on more than one level. As an Occupational Therapist who is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, I bring evidence-informed care and advanced lymphatic training into a calm, supportive setting.
My work is grounded in professional experience and designed to support post-operative recovery, lymphatic health, and overall well-being. Each session is individualized , thoughtfully paced and focused on restoring balance while honoring the guidance of your medical providers.
